Create PNPE2 - information from Decision Makers

When an application for review is lodged with VCAT, information is required to be supplied to ensure that VCAT is adequately informed of the background of the application. The information required includes the permit application, relevant plans, details of the planning scheme requirements, contact details of all objectors, referral authority details, and a copy of the officer's report prepared for the application.

You can use this screen to compile a Practice Note Planning & Environment list (No.2) (PNPE2) for VCAT where the application for review type is one of the following:

• s.77
• s.79
• s.80
• s.82

You will be required to answer a series of questions, select documents from a list, or attach additional PDF documents. To answer questions you will select the appropriate radio button, and to select documents check the appropriate box. NOTE: some PNPE2 sections will only be displayed based on previous selections made.

You have the options to "validate", "save & preview", "save & close" or "cancel".

• Use "save & close" if you wish to commence compiling your PNPE2 and come back to it. This will save your work so you can open it again. To continue working on your PNPE2, choose modify from the drop down list on the Details Screen.
• "save & preview" provides the option to view how the PNPE2 will look after the system has compiled all the information supplied. Note: this function does not validate the information provided.
• "validate" will check that all relevant questions have been answered and documents have been supplied. If anything has been missed a message will be displayed on the screen.
• "cancel" will close this screen (without saving) and return to your previous screen.
